A: To ensure the optimum quality of the transfer the maximum time we recommend onto a DVD is two hours. However, in the case of VHS it is possible to transfer 3 hours to one DVD. This is because the quality of VHS is relatively poor against other formats. But we cannot guarantee that there will be no loss in quality.
Q: How long does the process take?
A: This depends on the amount of videos you are having transferred and if they are of different formats or not. Another factor is whether you have requested the DVD to be edited or authored which will require extra time. In general the turn around time is 3-5 days. Depending on the size of the order it is possible to do a "rush job". Please contact us for a free quote .
